RETURN POLICIES

1º.  Changes or returns of products may be made for the reasons and within the
   deadlines indicated below:

  • Legal Guarantee: Changes or returns for failures or damages: changes or returns may be made in case the products present failures or damage not attributable to the customer, this warranty applies up to 48 hours after the delivery of the product.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: Changes or returns of products may be made for reasons attributable to customer tastes within a period of 48 calendar days, from the delivery of the product. In the case of cosmetics, these must be returned in their original and sealed packaging.

2º.  To make a change or return of a product the customer must contact (1) 6377830 or +57 321 3980263.

  • The option to request the withdrawal of the product from the place where it was delivered, if the product is defective the payment of the shipment is in charge of Madame Bio.

3º.  Will be fundamental requirement for the realization of any change and / or return the
   following points:

  • The client must present the corresponding original invoice, without which no exchange or refund will be made.
  • The product must come unused, with the original packaging, with its labels in perfect condition and with all accessories.

4º. At the time of contacting the call center, the status of the product must be declared:

  • The product will not be withdrawn if the product is not in the conditions declared by the customer.
  • The cost of product withdrawal will be borne by the customer provided that the exchange or return is attributable to the client’s tastes.

5º. If a customer wishes to cancel a purchase made through the Call Center before receiving the product, but once the product has already been dispatched, he must additionally pay the total withdrawal cost (the same value that was paid for the cost from the desktop).

Important:

The customer will not pay the shipping costs in the following cases:

  • If the product received does not correspond to the one published.
  • If the product received is damaged.
  • If the product received was not what the customer bought.

The responsibility of the person in charge of delivering the product will be limited to:

  • Make the delivery of the product at the address indicated in the dispatch guide.
  • Make a visual review of the state of the product to verify possible physical damage.
  • Remove the indicated products with packaging and accessories.

If the delivery of the product is prevented in the place stipulated by the customer, the customer must accept the reception in another place of the domicile that allows it.
